The beginning of the academic year at Mnambithi TVET College saw a visit from Head Office officials (Ms. Mafa Matome DD: TVETMIS, Data Management TVET: Monitoring and Evaluation & Ms. Monica Motloi DD: Private Colleges Registration) for a crucial round of system planning, monitoring and evaluation and institutional support.

Focus areas for the evaluation were admission policy, application process and its challenges, readiness for the commencing of the academic year, student support services, curriculum delivery and more. The visit which coincided with the busy registration period included comprehensive presentations by the Mnambithi TVET College Management. Head Office officials gave feedbacks on presentations. The evaluations process concluded with an oversight monitoring of student enrolment rating tool form where Mnambithi TVET College had to rate themselves in terms of the readiness of the institution for the 2025 academic year. Afterwards a walkabout of the Estcourt Campus to assess the overall functioning while identifying areas of improvement was held. This exercise was aimed to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of quality education and training programs for students.

This visit was a significant step towards strengthening the TVET system and ensuring continuous development.
