A visit by Head Office officials and other stakeholder engagements. The 3rd to the 5th of April 2024 saw Mnambithi TVET College management and stakeholders in talks with Head Office officials on important matters. The topics under discussion ranged from change management, to harassment and conflict management in the workplace. The primary aim for the training was team building.
Again, the 9th of April 2024 saw a resuscitation of the Regional bilateral meeting where the Regional Manager chaired a session with College Management and SADTU leadership. The two stakeholders discussed matters of mutual interest.
We cannot run away from the fact that every workplace has its challenges. Training on topics such as conflict and behavior management allow colleagues to come together through constructive criticism and build an even stronger team. Successful conflict management results in greater productivity and positive working relationships.
