Meet Siphokuhle Zuma and Lethokuhle Nkabinde (Mnambithi TVET College students) who are now in the United States of America pursuing their dream jobs. Phelelani Ndlovu will be joining the two very soon. The trio studied National Diploma in Hospitality and Catering Services with Mnambithi TVET College and furthermore Phelelani Ndlovu did his in-service training for one year in China back in 2020. He was equipped with culinary skills which assisted him to be competent enough, gaining diverse technical skills and comprehensive experience working in the food service industry.

Born and bred in KwaZulu-Natal Ladysmith catchment areas, these students are proof that hard work pays. Archiving big dreams starts with you and believing in yourself. When asked for words of encouragement to students who are still studying and those who are thinking of studying in TVET Colleges their response was “do not let your background define your future, you are destined for greatness.” Mnambithi TVET College couldn’t be more proud. Wishing them all the  success in their journey that lies ahead, they are indeed destined for greatness.
